Hexclave (formerly Stack Auth)

Hexclave (formerly Stack Auth) provides authentication and user management with teams, RBAC, and built-in analytics for web and mobile apps. · Hexclave · Auth

Overview

Stack Auth was rebranded to Hexclave; the same authentication platform is now offered under the Hexclave name at hexclave.com (the API and dashboard still live under stack-auth.com). The free plan covers up to 10,000 auth users with one dashboard admin, and the core is open source and self-hostable.

Good fit

Use Hexclave when you need quick, passwordless authentication and user management for small to medium web or mobile apps.

Not a fit

Avoid if you need more than one dashboard admin on the free plan, custom domains, or on-premises deployment (self-hosting the open-source core is also an option).

  2. Create a new project in the dashboard.
